Kits AI does not train its internal models on user input, so your data stays safe on Kits AI.
What audio file formats does Kits AI support?
Kits AI accepts standard audio uploads, including WAV and MP3 files. Kits AI processes uploaded audio in the browser and returns downloadable audio files that import into any DAW. Does Kits AI support MIDI upload?

How do I cancel my Kits AI subscription?
You can cancel a Kits AI subscription at any time from your account billing settings, which open the Kits AI billing portal. Can I switch Kits AI plans or upgrade mid-cycle?

Does Kits AI offer annual billing?

What happens when I reach my monthly limit on Kits AI?
When a Kits AI plan reaches its monthly conversion or download limit, Kits AI pauses further processing until the limit resets or the plan is upgraded. Kits AI limits reset monthly, and unused download minutes roll over. Higher Kits AI tiers include unlimited conversion and download minutes, so upgrading removes monthly limits entirely.
Legal & Licensing
Who owns the audio I create with Kits AI?
You own the output you create with Kits AI, and Kits AI does not claim ownership of audio you generate. Kits AI cannot make an input file clear to use, so a Kits AI output is only cleared for release when you own or have licensed every audio file and every piece of training data you supplied.
Does Kits AI train its models on my uploads or my voice clones?
No. Audio uploaded to Kits AI and voice models created with Kits AI are not used to train Kits AI models. Your Kits AI vocal data stays contained to your account and is not accessible to anyone else unless you choose to share it.
How are Kits AI voices sourced?
Voices in the Kits AI library are licensed from artists who consented to their use, and Kits AI builds those voice models on cleared data. Outputs from the Kits AI voice library can be used in commercial work, provided any audio you upload to Kits AI is owned or licensed by you.
Can I release Kits AI vocals on streaming platforms?
